REGISTRATION

To Register your student camper

1. Please complete the Information Form. This will help us determine the program slots and student campers.

2. Registration is completed with payment. $49/Per child - Program.

First Come First Served | NOTE: We have REGISTERED STUDENTS from previous camp and care programs. Spaces are limited. Small Staff to Student Ratios.

3. Student Campers PAID IN FULL are given FIRST PRIORITY for Registration and Enrollment.

4. Students suffering 'Academic Distress' are invited to transfer into CEDARE Academy (BEFORE) the end of the Academic School Year ($495 - transfer enrollment fee). Students are accepted on a case by case basis, and must make suitable remediation progress over the summer.

Summer Courses - Register Now! ($495/mo - $149/Wk Per Child)

All Student Campers have a IEP offering 2-4 hours DAILY of Academic Activities, Instruction, and Remediation to assist student in achieving, grade level or above. Followed by four (4) Hours of good clean, camp- fun! -

S.T.R.E.A.M - Based Program Activities of Choice, Outdoor Activities, Field Trips and More! Certified curricula and instructors coach campers in their course work. Reading, Writing (English), Mathematics, History/Geography, Sciences, Music, Creative, Dramatic, Performing Arts and More!

Pre-K / KINDER Readiness Program Ages 3 to 5 Years
Elementary School - Ages 5 -7; 7-9 years old (Reading/Math)
Middle School - Academic Recovery (All Subjects) Ages 2-12 years
Upper School - Academic Recovery Ages 12 and Above
C-I-T Counselor in Training Program Ages 14-16 (Parent Paid - NO working papers required, prepare for their 1st working job)! Campers develop excellent leadership skills while engaging and enjoying the FULL S.T.R.E.A.M program. Helps develop and mature campers on many levels.

Our S.T.R.E.A.M (Science, Technology, Reflection (tm), Engineering, Arts and Mathematics based programs, offer student campers faith-filled values, fun activities and fellowship as they learn to work in a congenial, collaborative and creative camp environment! All activities are Age and Developmentally Appropriate.

Our Camp and Care Programs are 30 years old and we are ACTIVE members of the American Camp Association and hold to the ACA High Standards and Best Practices.

Daily - Campers select the theme of their choice to engage - including S.T.R.E.A.M, Life Skills, Cooking, Bike Riding, Sports - T-ball, Basketball, Soccer, Creative, Dramatic and Performing Arts and more. Example - Campers can experience a different 'theme' each day!

OK, so you have already 'over-booked' your student camper and have a few 'open days' which your school aged child (12 and under) or pre-teen (12-16) must be attended and are not legally allowed to sit their 'siblings'.

Great News - You can 1) PRE-REGISTER your Child(ren). Specify the Weeks or Days they will be in attendance and they can join the camp program as a REGISTERED GUEST of the Program. Parents must PRE-REGISTER in advance and give a minimum of 24-48 hours notice to allow for ratios etc. RESERVATIONS are first-come first serve. SORRY NO SAME DAY DROP-INS are available.

EXCLUSIONS: Child(ren) who are sick, ill. - No fevers, no active runny noses (yellow) - May NOT ATTEND. No coughs, colds, flu symptoms.

Children with ALLERGIES, must have a CAMP PHYSICAL, any prescribed medicine must be given by parents before arrival. No medication should render the student camper, irritable, lethargic or unable to participate fully,

FEES: Drop-in Campers must pay all associated fees including LUNCH, FIELDTRIPS, ART SUPPLIES, ETC. Parents are advised of the fees for a given Program/Week/Activity and those fees must be PRE-PAID with Registration and Attendance.
